Medical AI startup Promedius expands its global market access by participating in the 2024 European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna, Austria, from May 28 to June 3.

ECR is Europe’s largest radiology congress, with global radiologists and medical device companies participating. Promedius will demonstrate PROS CXR: OSTEO, the world’s first AI solution to automatically screen patients for osteoporosis only using chest X-ray images.

“We are pleased to participate in ECR, the world’s second largest radiology exhibition, and collaborate with leading medical institutions and global partners,” said Hyunjin Bae, CEO of Promedius, “and to further implement our vision of ‘Delaying Aging through AI’.”

The event marks the first event of 2024 for Promedius, which recently completed a Series A funding round from top-tier investors and VCs specializing in biohealthcare, following a pivot from its existing medical imaging AI platform.

Promedius also attends the World Congress on Osteoporosis (WCO), taking place on April 11-14 in London. WCO-IOF-ESCEO is the largest bone disease-related event co-organized by the World Congress on Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Diseases (WCO), the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) and the European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and Musculoskeletal Diseases (ESCEO).
