지난 2월 4일 화요일, 특별한 두 이벤트가 열렸습니다. 이른 아침부터 신규 입사자 네 분의 프로필 사진 촬영이 있었는데요. 잠실 오피스 이사 후 브랜딩팀은 사내에 미니 스튜디오를 만들어서 촬영부터 보정까지 모든 과정을 내부에서 소화하고 있습니다. 다소 어색한 분위기를 일일 사진사로 변신한 최홍일님이 '너무 좋습니다!'라는 유쾌한 멘트로 풀어주셔서, 덕분에 벌써 좋은 결과물이 나온 듯 합니다.

오후에는 두 번째 이벤트인 CEO 미니 워크숍이 있었습니다. CEO가 프로메디우스의 미션과 비전, 인재상, OKR을 신규 입사자에게 직접 설명하고 소통하는 시간입니다. 다소 모호할 수 있는 개념을 입사 초기부터 명확하게 이해해서 안정적으로 조직문화에 적응하도록 돕자는 취지로 이루어지고 있습니다.

Soft Landing for New Promedius Team Members🛬

On Tuesday, February 4, two special events took place at Promedius!

The day started with a profile photoshoot for our four new team members. Since moving to our Jamsil office, our branding team has set up an in-house mini studio, handling everything from shooting to editing. The atmosphere was a bit tense at first, but thanks to our impromptu photographer, Hongil Choi, and his cheerful exclamations of “That’s perfect!”, we already have some great results!

In the afternoon, the second event—a CEO Mini Workshop—took place. Our CEO personally introduced Promedius' mission, vision, core values, and OKRs to the new hires, fostering direct communication. This initiative helps clarify key concepts from the start, ensuring a smooth cultural transition and alignment with the company's goals.

Beyond these events, PROMEDIUS is committed to providing fundamental HR training and team-specific onboarding programs to help new employees feel a sense of belonging and settle in quickly and safely.
