This April, as spring came into full bloom, PROMEDIUS took a refreshing step forward with a team workshop at Heyri Art Village.

At the heart of this offsite was our first-ever “Team-on-Team Meetings”—a program designed to encourage every department to meet with one another and foster true mutual understanding.

Grouped into 11 functional teams (including our CEO), we held a total of 55 team-to-team meetings over the course of six hours. Each session offered a chance to learn about the missions, tasks, and communication styles of other teams—insight we rarely gain in the day-to-day flow of work.

Why did we choose to focus on our differences?

Because true unity is built not on sameness, but on acknowledging and embracing difference. You can’t build a solid wall with just soil. But with a mix of gravel, sand, straw, and earth, you get something strong and resilient.
