🏛️ PROMEDIUS, the 38th Town Hall Meeting

As September drew to a close, PROMEDIUS held its 38th Town Hall. The session began with an introduction of our new colleague, Senior Researcher Jaemyung Lee, followed by reviews of September’s accomplishments and a sharing of plans for October by the team leads.

The highlight of the meeting was CEO Hyunjin Bae’s talk on the J-Curve of growth. While the curve may appear to dip into a “valley of death” in the short term, it represents a critical phase of learning and investment that ultimately leads to a greater leap forward.

PROMEDIUS, too, is overcoming the valley of death as we move toward our inflection point. With every team member staying courageous and aligned toward the same goal, this Town Hall reaffirmed the meaning of our collective journey.
