Any group of four or more employees can create their own small group and receive funding for activities. There are no limitations on themes—whether it’s culture, sports, or personal development, this program helps team members build closer connections beyond their usual interactions.

Last weekend, the hiking club “Above and Beyond the Mountain” took a hike on Inwang Mountain. Founded by hiking enthusiast Yoojin Shin, who strongly believes that “a healthy mind resides in a healthy body,” the club welcomed both novice and seasoned hikers. Together, they enjoyed a refreshing climb and capped off the day with some Korean Rice Wine, which made them energized and ready to kick off a brilliant start to the week, breaking out from the dreaded Monday blues!At Promedius, we continue to support initiatives that bring our people together.
