🔎 Promedius Relay Interview Episode 9: Branding Director Who Believes in the Value of ‘Together’✨
The star of this episode of our relay interview series is Kwangmin Woo, the leader of Promedius’ Branding Team. Established in the latter half of last year with Kwangmin’s arrival, the team hit the ground running—transforming our Jamsil office interior, orchestrating the RSNA 2024 booth and content, and driving our rebranding efforts. What has his day-to-day been like recently?
Q. You’ve been with Promedius for six months now, working tirelessly. How are things these days?
A. Our Branding Team holds a daily stand-up meeting at 10 AM, where we share our tasks for the day while standing. Collaboration is key to problem-solving, and knowing what each team member is working on is the first step. This principle applies when working with other teams as well. While our team leads branding initiatives, we prioritize exchanging ideas and fostering alignment across departments.
Currently, we're in the process of rebranding, but unlike other companies that focus on making a big external splash, we emphasize internal branding—ensuring that our own team members fully embrace the new brand identity first. I believe that a brand loved by its own people is ultimately the one that succeeds, so we’re taking a steady, long-term approach.
Kwangmin describes Promedius as a ‘mirror’, reflecting our past, present, and future. He has passed the baton to Minji Kim, the leader of our Research Team, as the next interviewee, hoping to bring out her unique strengths through the interview. It seems that selecting the next person for the relay interview has become a fun tradition among our team members!😂
Stay tuned for next week's episode!
