Q. 2024 is coming to a close. How have you been these days?
A. My days have been hectic with preparations for both domestic and international regulatory approvals. The RACA team is responsible for ensuring that our planned products are launched exactly as intended and on schedule. To achieve this, thorough preparation is crucial. Given our limited resources, my focus as a leader has been on organizing the team and managing the budget efficiently. We recently hired two new team members, and I’m excited to see how their proactive problem-solving skills will contribute. On a personal note, I’ve been taking time to check in with myself for better work-life balance. Normally, I tend to immerse myself in work like a racehorse with blinders, so after work, I make it a point to find peace of mind and recharge my energy. As I take on a critical role during this pivotal time, I’m doing my utmost to deliver results in every way possible!

For Seo-yoon, Promedius is a “gift.” She shared that while she thought she had achieved everything she could professionally, Promedius has brought her recognition from her peers and opportunities for new challenges, which she’s truly grateful for. Her wish for the New Year is to present Promedius with regulatory approval as a gift from the RACA team. We wish her continued success on her bright journey!
