This week’s relay interview features Minjun Kim, nominated by Ayoung!

At Promedius, we continue to provide unwavering support to all our team members, including the Research Team, which forms the backbone of our innovative products. How does Minjun, a dedicated member of the Research Team, feel about his role and daily work at Promedius?

Q. How is it working as a researcher at Promedius?

A. I’m personally very satisfied with both the work environment and the company culture. My main focus is managing national research projects. This involves coding, analyzing results, and preparing documentation for submission. Depending on the outcomes, I sometimes get to present our findings. Currently, as the year ends, I’m wrapping up research reports and preparing for next year’s conference papers. Although most of my projects are solo, I have opportunities to collaborate with other team members or discuss ideas with Seonhyeong from the IP Team, which helps me stay focused. The team atmosphere is incredibly friendly and supportive, making work enjoyable. On top of that, I have plenty of personal time after work to pursue my hobbies, like fitness, which helps me maintain a great work-life balance. I’m especially grateful for the company’s support in attending global workshops, which are crucial for the Research Team. These opportunities motivate me to learn even more and deliver improved results with each project! 🔥
