Q. It’s already been three months since you joined Promedius. How have you been adapting to your role?

A. I believe the answers are found in the field. While some respond positively to our unprecedented AI solution, others express skepticism—and it’s my role to bridge that gap. I tailor my approach to each hospital or organization, offering value-based communication that addresses their unique needs. I also serve as the conduit between the field and our internal teams, delivering customer feedback quickly and accurately to help perfect our product.

There have certainly been moments of uncertainty as I faced new challenges, but being on the ground has given me the confidence that I can overcome them. I hope our team continues to work as one, united in purpose, to achieve our goals.
