Following Episode 1, this week’s spotlight is on Ayoung Lim! At Promedius, we’re committed to providing opportunities for growth, and Ayoung recently transitioned from the CP (Corporate Planning) Team to the Marketing Team to take on a new challenge. How has her journey been since moving from General Affairs to becoming a Korean PCM?

Q: How have your days been recently?

A: (laughs) Very busy, but I’m enjoying every moment! I’m still managing General Affairs and government projects within the CP Team, so I collaborate frequently with HR and Finance. Right now, I’m also working with the Branding Team to prepare for our year-end events. I’ve always wanted to challenge myself and grow, and I’m grateful that our CEO recognized my potential, which led to this departmental and role transition. I’ve been soaking up everything my new team is teaching me, and I truly appreciate the warm welcome and guidance. I’ll keep giving it my all!
