This week’s relay interview features Jinhee Han, who celebrates her 5th work anniversary with Promedius. We had a heartfelt conversation with her about how she has grown alongside the company.
Q: It’s been five years with Promedius—how do you feel looking back?

A. I’ve been evolving from a generalist into a specialist. When I first joined, I was handling all corporate operations alone—from finance and accounting to HR. Now, I focus on HR and equity-related tasks. I manage everything from onboarding and payroll to employee benefits, as well as shareholder meetings and board affairs. Through this, I’ve discovered both my aptitude and area of expertise. The reason I’ve stayed this long is the strong sense of unity and collaboration with my teammates—and the trust I have in our CEO, Hyun-Jin Bae. he’s the first leader I’ve met who consistently puts others before herself and is truly the same person inside and out.
I’ve always enjoyed consistency, so I still keep up with things like book clubs and tracking my personal expenses by hand.
There have been many changes over the years, but one thing that hasn’t changed is how much I care about this company. I get along well with my team, and I genuinely enjoy working here.
I hope to continue learning and growing into an even stronger professional.

When asked what PROMEDIUS means to her, Jinhee answered, “meokkosanism”—a Korean expression she uses to describe it as “the place that allows me to live and thrive.”
