🔎 Promedius Relay Interview Episode 12: The Backbone of Our Operations – Corporate Planning💰

This week’s relay interview features Choi Ji-Young, the leader of our Corporate Planning Team. At Promedius, the Corporate Planning Team plays a crucial role in supporting decision-making and bridging communication between executives and operational teams. To gain insights into Ji-Young’s structured daily routine, we asked about his schedule.

Q. What does your well-structured day look like?

A. My day starts at 5:55 AM. I begin with two eggs and coffee while checking the news and emails. Once at work, I go over tasks with my team and distribute responsibilities. Lately, I’ve been focusing on shaping our organizational culture to enhance collaboration among team members. I see the Corporate Planning Team as the lubricant of the company’s engine—our job is to ensure everything runs smoothly. After work, I go for a swim and spend time on personal activities before going to bed at 11 PM. One unique habit I have is reflecting on three "great things" from my day before sleeping—it's a way to motivate myself. My goal is to continuously grow and become a leader who guides and supports my team.

Ji-Young describes PROMEDIUS as "home"—not just a workplace but a place he thinks about even outside of work. Just as a parent constantly considers their family, he is deeply committed to the company’s growth and well-being.

We cheer on Ji-Young’s passion for continuous growth! he has passed the baton to Yang Bok-Cheon from the Infrastructure Team. Stay tuned for next week’s interview as we dive into the essential role of infrastructure in research and development!💓
