This time, we feature Byungjun Lee from our Global Business Development team. In December last year, Byungjun joined Promedius, drawn to the challenge of pioneering new markets with our unique products. We caught up with him to hear about his structured and fulfilling daily routine.

Q. You’re approaching your third month at Promedius. How has your daily routine been?

A. I feel like I’ve settled in now. My days follow a steady cycle—I start with a workout in the morning, grab a coffee, and head to work. Once at my desk, I begin by reviewing my PDCA framework. PDCA stands for Plan-Do-Check-Action, a method where I set weekly goals, execute them, review the outcomes, and refine my approach accordingly. This aligns well with my role, as I develop market entry strategies, implement them, assess the results, and continuously explore new approaches.

After work, I enjoy planning my dinner menu and cooking. Although it’s only been three months, I’m making the most of what I’ve learned while also trying new things. It’s been an exciting experience, just as I had hoped when I joined.

Byungjun describes PROMEDIUS as a new generation in healthcare AI. While traditional healthcare solutions often mimic medical professionals, Promedius is pioneering a new era with truly innovative AI-driven products. We look forward to seeing Promedius expand globally with his strategic vision.
