We’ve already reached the 10th episode of our relay interview series! This time, we introduce the new leader of our Research Team, Minjee Kim. Now in her fourth year at Promedius, Minjee has grown alongside the company and recently stepped into a leadership role. We sat down with Minjee, a true growth-oriented leader, to hear about her daily routine and aspirations.

Q. Has your daily life changed since becoming a team leader?

A. A lot! (laughs) I oversee AI technology and clinical research. As a team member, I was focused on hands-on tasks, but now, I have more management responsibilities. I engage in discussions with different departments and advocate for my team’s needs. I used to think I knew my team members well, but stepping into a leadership role has revealed new insights. Now, I strive to support each member in a way that aligns with their unique strengths. One thing that hasn’t changed is my post-work routine. A one-hour CrossFit session helps me clear my mind and recharge. Moving forward, I want to build a team that grows together through collaboration.

Minjee describes PROMEDIUS as a 'companion'—a place where she has experienced every stage of growth, from joining as a team member to becoming a leader. As the interview wrapped up, Minjee expressed excitement about how much more Promedius will grow in the future. She has nominated Sunhyoung Lim, who oversees IP strategy, as the next interviewee.
