Between developing software and using it, there’s a crucial stage: testing. A Software Tester hunts for bugs before the product ever reaches the user. This July, PROMEDIUS welcomed our very first tester. Today, we share the bug-hunting journey of Jinju.

Q. How many bugs have you caught so far?

A. I’d say I’m still weaving the net. Before I joined, the development team was handling the testing process, so I’m currently building a dedicated system for testers. It’s a challenge to establish something that didn’t exist before, but with the PM’s full support—“Do everything you want to try!”—I’m motivated to live up to those expectations. For now, I’m studying the product while adapting to PACS integration and PC environments. Soon, I plan to take professional training to earn a certification. In my previous job, I had to juggle multiple tasks, which left me yearning for deeper expertise. At PROMEDIUS, I see the chance to truly grow as a specialist. One day, I hope to become a test manager who can oversee and guide others.

Jinju describes PROMEDIUS as an “opportunity for growth.”💓 In the past, she often wondered which work might suit her best. Now, she is determined to grow into a meticulous tester with clear focus. We look forward to Jinju’s continuous “version upgrades” and her journey ahead.
