In Formula 1 racing, the pit crew completes refueling, tire changes, and system checks in just three seconds, enabling the driver to stay in the race. At PROMEDIUS, Sales Operation (SO) plays a similar role—supporting the sales team from behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. This week, we feature Kyungah Yoon, our very first SO specialist.

Q. You’ve been with Promedius for about a month now. Could you introduce what SO does?

A. If sales happens in the field, SO ensures it works seamlessly inside. We manage revenue processes, documentation, and customer support to back up the sales function. I’ve worked in SO for more than seven years in the medical device industry, but this is my first experience with medical AI software. Right now, I’m learning new system terms and products, while also studying industry practices to prepare thoroughly. With domestic sales underway and global expansion on the horizon, I expect much more to come.😅

What I value most is the culture here. My previous workplace was highly hierarchical, but PROMEDIUS operates on flat relationships and a culture of trust. Over the past month, I’ve found that the vibrant, responsibility-driven environment suits me well. My goal is not only to provide support but to take ownership and lead my work proactively.

Kyungah describes PROMEDIUS as a “new challenge.” Stepping outside her comfort zone, she is determined to embrace her role with initiative and courage. We look forward to seeing how she grows and contributes to PROMEDIUS’ journey ahead.
