This time, we feature Sunhyeong Lim, our IP strategist. With a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Sunhyeong is now pioneering new territory in AI. We spoke with him about his approach to work, hobbies, and personal development—without neglecting any of them.

Q. We heard you follow a structured daily routine. What does your day look like?

A. I believe in structure and discipline, so I try to plan my day carefully. I wake up at 5 AM and start my morning by reading news or research papers to stay updated on industry trends before heading to work. At Promedius, my role is to secure valuable intellectual property from our research outcomes. To do this, I share insights on the latest technology landscape and provide strategic direction to the research team. I also work closely with patent and law firms to manage patent filings, joint research agreements, and overall IP strategy.

After work, I spend time with my family and focus on personal learning and hobbies. As a unique routine, I also make it a point to eat a McMorning twice a week—to remind myself of the hungry spirit I had in my 20s. (laughs)🍔

Sunhyeong describes Promedius as a pioneer’s spirit. Just as he is pushing boundaries in the IT and healthcare sectors, the company is also creating something entirely new. His structured and diligent approach from early morning to late at night is truly inspiring.
