On the first Monday of June, PROMEDIUS held its 35th Town Hall at 'The Little Forest.' With all team members gathered, each leader—including our CEO—shared key updates from the past month.

Today, we’d like to spotlight one especially meaningful topic presented by CEO Hyunjin Bae: Promedius’ Internal Communication System.

1. WAR (Weekly Action Review)

A weekly gathering of all company leaders to share progress and align on tasks. It’s an open space to raise questions and make requests across teams.

2. WTS (Weekly Team Sync-up)

A weekly one-on-one between each team leader and the CEO, focused on reporting and receiving feedback within 30 minutes. Unlike WAR, this is a direct, in-depth sync.

3. By CEO

Our CEO personally becomes a communication channel. This includes quarterly one-on-ones with team leaders and biannual one-on-ones with all team members.

4. By Head/Team Lead

Department heads and team leads also play a vital role in communication. They conduct quarterly one-on-ones with each member of their team.
