In Korean, "Hwadam” means engaging in warm and friendly conversations. A single heartfelt conversation can resolve misunderstandings and build trust. While too much dialogue can be overwhelming, the right amount of communication leads to perfect teamwork.

Yesterday, the entire PROMEDIUS team went on a fall outing to Hwadam Forest. Through a pottery-making event, we had the opportunity to “Hwadam” with teammates we don't often get to talk to, deepening our understanding of one another.
